However, if you are not 100% entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow up to 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your [return] or [exchange].If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged 

Bodysuits
Swimwear
Jewellery
Beauty - We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Final sales items, flash sale items and free gifts cannot be returned or refunded.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item with the exception of those listed in the 'exceptions' policy. You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. Exchanging an item is only allowed one time.
